Website and general trading terms

These terms apply to use of this website. Product or service orders are governed by the quotation, order confirmation or agreement issued for that transaction.

Website information

Website content is provided for general product and service information. Specifications, availability, compatibility, certifications, delivery dates and pricing must be confirmed in writing for the selected configuration. Images may show representative products.

Quotations and orders

A quotation is not an accepted order until True Point Technology Limited confirms acceptance in writing. Unless stated otherwise, pricing, currency, taxes, freight, validity and payment terms are those shown on the quotation.

Technical selection

We assist with selection using information supplied by the customer and relevant manufacturer documentation. The customer remains responsible for providing complete application requirements and approving the final specification, drawings and interfaces before ordering.

Intellectual property and brands

True Point Technology, TBF, Orato Flow and other names or marks belong to their respective owners. Authorised relationships are identified where applicable. No website content grants a licence to reproduce third-party trademarks, product images or technical material.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, True Point is not liable for decisions made solely from general website information, indirect loss or loss resulting from information the customer failed to provide. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

New Zealand law

These website terms are governed by New Zealand law. The Fair Trading Act 1986 and Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply where legally applicable.
