Before you book

Questions event teams ask.

Do attendees need to install an app or create an account?

No. Attendees scan a QR code, select an enabled language and follow through their browser. They can read captions or listen to AI audio.

Can it run on the venue’s big screen and attendees’ phones together?

Yes. Captions can be displayed in the room while attendees use their own phones. Remote viewers can follow through a shared session link.

Can it handle technical terms, names and acronyms?

Custom glossaries can be prepared before the event, and terminology can be corrected during a live session. We ask for the programme and terminology early so the system can be prepared properly.

Can several rooms run at the same time?

Yes. Breakout rooms can run independent sessions, languages, QR codes and glossaries. The required operator and equipment plan depends on the number of concurrent rooms.

Is it a replacement for human interpreters?

Not in every situation. It is designed for scalable event access. Human interpreters remain preferable for court, diplomacy and negotiations where every nuance carries legal or contractual consequences.

What does True Point need to prepare a quotation?
